Job Summary:

The Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of digital health solutions within a healthcare environment. This role involves executing testing, creating test cases and objectives, and contributing to the assessment and configuration of test application environments. The analyst will work remotely within Canada and contribute to the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through information and communication technology.
Location:Canada, Remote
Responsibilities:

- Executing testing procedures.
- Creating test cases and test objectives.
- Contributing to the assessment and configuration of test application environments.
- Tracking defects using software testing tools.
- Testing integration between healthcare information systems using the HL7 integration standard.
- Testing Vocera systems solutions.
- Testing alarm integration systems.
Required Skills & Certifications:

- Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification.
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
- Valid Lean Six Sigma certification.
- 15 years' experience as a quality assurance analyst in a healthcare environment including executing testing and the creation of test cases and test objectives.
- 2 years' experience with alarm integration systems (example Rauland, Phillips) in an acute healthcare setting.
- 3 years' experience testing Vocera systems solutions in an acute healthcare setting.
- 3 years' experience testing integration between healthcare information systems using the HL7 (Health level 7) integration standard with information systems to be implemented in a clinical environment.
- 3 years' experience using software testing tools to track defects (example JIRA).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Not specified.
Special Considerations:

- Services will be performed via remote access, but not from outside of Canada.
- Additional hours may be required, not exceeding 10% of the total hours.
Scheduling:
- 7.75 hours/business day Central Time.
- Shared Health may request additional hours.
