This role partners closely with Design, CAD, Product Development, and Merchandising to deliver production‑ready designs.This is a textile/surface design role—not branding or marketing design. ResponsibilitiesDesign seasonal surface prints and bedding collectionsCreate trend research and mood boardsDevelop repeats and production‑ready files in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignCollaborate with CAD and Product Development on materials and executionSupport sampling, revisions, costing, and presentationsManage deadlines within the product development calendarQualificationsBachelor’s in Textile, Fashion, or related field (preferred)3–6 years textile design experience (home or fashion)Strong understanding of fabrications, surface design, and printingSkilled in hand drawing and digital illustrationDetail‑oriented, organized, collaborative, and enthusiasticProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft OfficeThe hourly range for this position is W2 $22-25/hr and 50-60K upon conversion to full-time DOE.
