Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and friendly Office Host / Scheduler to join our team.
In this role, you will be the face of our clinic, responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.
Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a welcoming and personal manner.
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently, accommodating their needs and preferences.
  • Verify patient information and insurance details.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update as necessary.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize scheduling and patient flow.
  • Assist with billing and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
