Shift: Tues-Saturday, 0800-1630
must live 100 miles away

Experience/Certifications Required
OTR, NV license, and must be agreeable to see BH patients
Bachelor's degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school Required
Master's degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school - Highly desired
BLS Required
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Required
OT Experience - Required: 2 Years
Nevada License Required
Degree from an accredited program of Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's required, Master's highly desired).

Responsibilities

• As a member of an interdisciplinary team, provides quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients.
• Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop comprehensive age appropriate plans of care based on findings following occupational therapy evaluation.
• Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment.
• Responds effectively to new and changing work assignments is a must.
