"As a member of an interdisciplinary team provides quality physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and administration of treatment to all patients. Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop comprehensive age-appropriate plans of care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation. Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment. Responding effectively to new and changing work assignments is a must."

Physical Therapy Experience - Required: 1 Year inpatient rehab or acute experience
Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire (PRN-N/A).
Degree in Physical Therapy - Required
BLS Required
First Aid certification preferred.
PT License Required
State Licensure Required
