Description Located in the charming mountain village of Blue Ridge, Georgia, within the lush Chattahoochee National Forest, the area is known as the "antique capital" of Georgia, with friendly folks and an old-time atmosphere. Job Details Our regular 4-hour, 26-mile round trip winds along the beautiful Toccoa River in vintage, climate-controlled or open-air rail cars. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage daily batching: ticketing, verifying special requests, processing documents and reservations. Answer phones and take reservations. Provide information and additional services to guests to enhance their experience. Greet arriving guests and walk-up customers; make reservations as needed. Follow all cash handling policies and procedures. Notify customers of event changes or cancellations. Respond to customer inquiries with accurate, up-to-date information. Provide excellent customer service. Maintain current knowledge of all events, services, and procedures. Provide First Aid/CPR/AED in emergencies. Resolve customer conflicts with strong customer service skills. Communicate effectively with co-workers and the public. Deal professionally and courteously with the public and coworkers. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons. Perform light administrative duties. Perform additional duties as assigned. Job Requirements Proven customer service experience. Friendly, courteous phone demeanor. Excellent communication skills. Cash management/POS experience helpful. Ability to multi-task efficiently. Work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills. Ability to learn and operate a Point of Sale system. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Self-motivated with minimal supervision. Valid Driver's License. Willing to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certification. Pass background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen.
