The Ticket Agent is responsible for accurately selling tickets to customers by phone or in-person and providing show information as needed. Responsibilities Provide Customer Service to all Branson vacation guests Sell tickets to guests, always upselling Provide accurate money-handling skills, including credit cards and pre-authorizations Provide accurate information to all Branson vacation guests, including but not limited to shows, and attractions. Special Events in Branson, hotels, restaurants, and shopping Work with OPC’s Ability to stay up to date on the current and upcoming shows and attractions, regarding location, schedule, and content of the show Ability to stay up to date on all policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Skills Clear written and verbal communication. Excellent attention to detail. Able to maintain confidential information. Able to work in a team environment. Able to work on the phone for an extended period of time.
