As a TIG Welder, you will play a key role in our metal fabrication process, focusing on stainless steel and sheet metal welding. Your primary responsibility will be to produce high-quality welds, meeting industry standards and client specifications. This position requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual who is adept at working with stainless steel and sheet metal materials.

1. **TIG Welding:** Perform TIG welding operations on stainless steel and sheet metal components, ensuring precision and quality in each weld.
2. **Reading Blueprints:** Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to meet project requirements.
3. **Material Preparation:** Prepare materials for welding, including cleaning, cutting, and fitting stainless steel and sheet metal pieces.
4. **Quality Control:** Inspect welds for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
5. **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a secure working environment at all times.
6. **Collaboration:** Work closely with the fabrication team to meet production deadlines and project requirements.

- Proven experience as a TIG Welder, with a focus on stainless steel and sheet metal.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in welding operations.
- Familiarity with various welding equipment and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a manufacturing environment.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Welding certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5years of relevant TIG welding experience.

- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing / Industrial environment.
