We are seeking skilled and motivated Welders/Fitters to join our night shift team (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) at our Zelienople facility. If you enjoy hands‑on work, collaborating with a skilled team, and take pride in creating high‑quality products, this is the role for you! What You’ll Do Lay out, fit, and weld fabricated, ferrous, non‑ferrous, and forged components according to blueprints or verbal instructions. Operate TIG and MIG welding equipment, as well as cutting torches and plasma cutters as needed. Grind, clean, and inspect welds, repairing cracks or filling holes. Select appropriate materials, filler rods, and tools for each project. Operate forklifts, cranes, and hoists safely. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following company safety policies. Work collaboratively with co‑workers and supervisors to meet production goals. Skills & Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of welding experience (TIG/MIG required). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders. Knowledge of ferrous, non‑ferrous, and forged materials. Familiarity with basic hand tools and welding equipment. Technical or Trade School diploma preferred. Welding certification preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
