An established title insurance agency on Long Island is seeking a Title Insurance Transaction Coordinator with 1–5 years of experience supporting title transactions from contract to closing. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate residential and commercial title insurance transactions from open to close
  • Manage files, documentation, and data with accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Support closing and post‑closing processes as needed


Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in title insurance and transaction coordination
  • Strong organizational and data management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proactive, positive attitude with attention to detail
  • Experience with TrackerPro title software is a plus
  • Closing desk and/or policy knowledge is a plus


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $65,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and prescription coverage
