An established title insurance agency on Long Island is seeking a Title Insurance Transaction Coordinator with 1–5 years of experience supporting title transactions from contract to closing. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate residential and commercial title insurance transactions from open to close
- Manage files, documentation, and data with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Support closing and post‑closing processes as needed
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in title insurance and transaction coordination
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive, positive attitude with attention to detail
- Experience with TrackerPro title software is a plus
- Closing desk and/or policy knowledge is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $65,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience
