Responsibilities

Process all vehicle titles accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for title applications, transfers, and registrations.

Liaise with dealership management, sales staff, and finance departments to resolve title issues.

Communicate with state agencies, lenders, and other third parties as needed to facilitate the titling process.

Maintain accurate and organized title records, both physical and electronic.

Assist with inventory management related to vehicle titles.

Stay updated on changes in titling laws and regulations.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in a dealership title clerk role or similar automotive administrative position preferred.

Familiarity with state titling laws and procedures is a significant plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
