We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves comprehensive responsibilities including planning, recruitment, and managing a regional team, executing marketing strategies, and coordinating marketing actions with key channel partners. The ideal candidate will be adept at event planning and have a strong background in the FMCG, Alcohol, or Tobacco industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the regional team structure, including recruitment and team management.
- Oversee the planning and execution of consumer-focused marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and implement marketing plans with key channel partners.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of various events such as exhibitions, festivals, and meetings.
- Manage the planning, coordination, and distribution of Point of Sale Materials (POSM).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in FMCG / Alcohol / Tobacco industries.
- Strong understanding of local market trends and strategic sales development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Independent decision-making abilities and accountability.
- Proven track record of strong execution, workability, and results orientation.
- Ability to build trusted relationships both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are a significant advantage.
- Expertise in planning online & offline campaigns; creativity and brainstorming skills.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
