In this role, you'll perform in-press mold cleanings, minor maintenance, and support activities that ensure tooling components are clean, organized, and production-ready. You'll work closely with the molding department and tool room to maintain high standards of safety, documentation, and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesPerform in-press mold cleanings and minor mold maintenanceUse dry ice blaster to clean molds and tooling componentsFollow procedures and protocols for tooling work orders and production prioritiesComplete work orders with accurate documentation and timely executionCommunicate effectively with peers, operators, and leadership using standardized formatsWork from a priority schedule to complete mold cleanings, Slide PMs, and assigned maintenance tasksCollaborate with the molding department to maintain a clean and safe production floorSupport tooling and molding operations on the floor and in the tool room as neededMust HavesHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized proceduresBasic mechanical skills and familiarity with injection molding processesGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentNice to HavesTechnical training or certification in mold maintenanceExperience using dry ice blasters for cleaning molds and toolingWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation with shift-based incentivesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plansPaid time off and holidays to support work-life balance401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matchA collaborative, safety-focused cultureOpportunities for cross-training and advancementInclusive workplace with reasonable accommodations for qualified individualsUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
