We are seeking a Toolroom Supervisor to oversee daily toolroom operations in an automotive manufacturing environment within the GTA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily toolroom activities, including tool build, repair, modification, and preventive maintenance

  • Lead and support toolmakers to meet production schedules and quality standards

  • Coordinate tooling requirements with production, engineering, and maintenance teams

  • Ensure proper setup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures

  • Maintain tooling documentation, inventory, and spare parts control

  • Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the toolroom

  • Support cost reduction, uptime improvement, and process optimization initiatives

Education & Experience:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related technical or mechanical discipline

  • Minimum 3+ years of tooling experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
