TRAINING REQUIREMENT MANDATORY

All selected candidates must attend 100% of the required training program.

Training Dates: Monday the 23rd through Friday the 27th

Schedule:
Monday Thursday: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM 12:00 PM

This is a professional sales and digital marketing training program designed to prepare you for success.

Attendance is mandatory.

No late arrivals
No early departures
No missed sessions

Failure to complete the training program in full will result in disqualification from employment.

WHAT THIS ROLE INCLUDES

This is a modern automotive sales position combining:

In-store automotive sales
Internet lead management
Social media marketing and video content creation

Daily responsibilities include:

Working dealership leads and customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through phone, text, email, and social platforms
Creating short-form video content promoting vehicles and dealership inventory
Posting approved content across designated social media platforms
Building personal engagement with potential customers online
Representing the dealership professionally at all times

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION

This dealership is aggressively expanding its digital marketing presence.

Team members will participate in creating:

Automotive walk-around videos
Social media vehicle promotions
Short-form marketing content
Online engagement with potential buyers

As a condition of employment:

Any video, photo, or digital content created during employment or related to job duties becomes the exclusive property of the dealership and its affiliated partners and may be used for marketing, advertising, training, and promotional purposes.
