We are seeking an experienced Traffic Control Manager to oversee multi-state operations (WA/OR/ID/MT), ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing traffic control teams, coordinating with municipalities, and developing traffic management plans. This role requires strong leadership, operational management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and manage traffic control teams to ensure efficiency and safety compliance;
  • Develop and implement traffic guidance schemes and management plans;
  • Ensure adherence to state, county, and local traffic control laws;
  • Coordinate with municipalities and law enforcement to secure permits;
  • Dispatch and oversee crews across WA/OR/ID/MT;
  • Collaborate with Operational Managers to ensure legislative compliance;
  • Focus on job cost management and resource optimization;
  • Provide technical advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of traffic operations, involving leadership experience;
  • Knowledge of state, county, and local traffic control laws;
  • Proven ability to work with municipalities and secure permits;
  • Experience dispatching and managing multi-state operations;
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work long hours;
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the Pacific Northwest;
  • Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening and background check.
