Traffic Engineer Apply
Hire Resolve's client is a leading Civil Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Traffic Engineer in Boston, MA.

- Lead and/or conduct traffic engineering tasks including, traffic impact analysis, developing data collection programs, conduct intersection improvement and corridor studies
- Lead traffic simulation modeling tasks in VISSIM
- Prepare traffic study reports and deliverables
- Coordinate and deal directly with clients
- Periodically organize and lead fieldwork effort with internal staff teams
- Assist in developing traffic scope of work and associated fee estimates and other business development efforts
- Coordinate with other departments and offices on interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in public meetings and information sessions as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required. Master's Degree is preferred
- EIT is required, PE registration in Massachusetts is a plus.
- At least 4 years' experience in traffic engineering field.
- Experience with MassDOT design policies and procedures is preferred.
- Experience working with other Northeast agencies such as New Jersey Turnpike Authority, NJDOT, Port Authority of NY/NJ, NYSDOT, NYCDOT is preferred
- Salary: $70K/yr - $120K/yr negotiable
