Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with students and parents to provide information about courses, programs, and admission procedures.

  • Understand students’ educational goals and recommend suitable programs.

  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.

  • Assist in organizing counselling sessions, seminars, and workshops.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth student onboarding.

  • Support the counselling team in achieving admission and conversion targets.

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

  • 1–2 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or a related role (education industry preferred).

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

  • Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
