Job Details:
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

• Assist the State in design and updates of user training material for OCD DRU use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on complexity of State use
• Work directly with Applications Program Manager to ensure OCD DRU end users are able to successfully use the Intelligrants grants management software

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

• Experience in Intelligrants grant management software functionality
• Good customer service in operational use of Intelligrants
