The Trainer Production 4 role supports the development and delivery of training materials on company products, processes, and technologies to ensure team members grow their technical and process knowledge. Responsibilities Develop and deliver training materials on company products, processes, and technologies. Provide orientation and training on new course materials. Select appropriate training aids. Prepare lesson plans relevant to training material. Monitor training personnel records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory training requirements. Analyze course evaluations to judge effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent plus 7 years additional education and/or related experience; or Apprentice graduate/Associate’s Degree in a relevant discipline plus 5 years related experience.
