Develop blended learning curriculums that support employee growth and performance across multiple lines of business.Training Content & Resource Management - Create and maintain training materials, guides, and resources to ensure content remains current, compliant, and aligned with C&N standards. Continuously improve learning materials to enhance engagement and effectiveness.Program Facilitation & Delivery - Organize, schedule, and facilitate in-person and virtual training programs using a variety of instructional methods. Support SME-led sessions and ensure learning experiences are engaging, interactive, and impactful.Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement - Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
