You bring both structure and creativity to your work, using innovative facilitation methods and blended learning techniques to engage diverse audiences.If you enjoy partnering with leaders, developing meaningful learning experiences, and measuring the impact of your work, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of talent development at C&N.You will be responsible for:Learning Strategy & Curriculum Development - Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and design learning solutions aligned with organizational goals. Develop blended learning curriculums that support employee growth and performance across multiple lines of business.Training Content & Resource Management - Create and maintain training materials, guides, and resources to ensure content remains current, compliant, and aligned with C&N standards. Continuously improve learning materials to enhance engagement and effectiveness.Program Facilitation & Delivery - Organize, schedule, and facilitate in-person and virtual training programs using a variety of instructional methods. Support SME-led sessions and ensure learning experiences are engaging, interactive, and impactful.Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement - Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
