Training and Development Instructor (Littleton, CO)
We are seeking a Training and Development Instructor for our client, a leading global security and aerospace company. In this role, you will be delivering Manufacturing Skill Certifications to all levels of clients personnel and maintaining course delivery traceability within the Learning Management System.
This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role (4 days 10-hour shifts weekly). This role is onsite supporting our client's Littleton, CO facility.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering Manufacturing Skill Certifications to all levels of clients personnel and maintaining course delivery traceability within the Learning Management System.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in delivering industry certification courses in aerospace/defense industries.
- Certification as an IPC or NASA Instructor.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's Degree.
