Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Training and Quality Manager. The Training and Quality Manager is responsible for monitoring and evaluating inbound and outbound calls, developing training modules, designing and implementing training programs, and performing quality assessments. The Training and Quality Manager identifies areas for improvement, creates action plans and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs.QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementExperience in creating training modules and implementing training programsExperience in quality assessment and performance evaluationStrong leadership and coaching skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with stakeholdersProficient in MS Office applicationsBachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or other relevant fieldExperience in contact center operations is a plus
