Training CoordinatorEaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Training Coordinator at our Hodges facility. The rate for this position is $24.73 per hour. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.The Training Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for Eaton University programs by managing scheduling, enrollment, documentation, and compliance tracking. This role maintains accurate training records, monitors required completions, and collaborates with HR, managers, and subject-matter experts to ensure effective training delivery and alignment with organizational standards.Partner with supervisors and team leads to ensure new trainees are effectively integrated onto the plant floor and paired with qualified trainers for hands-on learning. Maintain accurate records for all trainee and trainer activities, including pay progression, Eaton University coursework, certifications, and compliance documentation. Collaborate with Human Resources and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to design, approve, and deliver training programs that meet regulatory and organizational requirements.Collect, analyze, and report data from annual training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and prioritize development initiatives for plant personnel. Develop and implement targeted training sessions and improvement projects based on site assessments, operational feedback, and strategic goals. Support the onboarding process by delivering engaging, informative training that accelerates new-hire readiness and improves retention. Address both front-end and manufacturing training needs through standardized, annual, and ad hoc training programs. Uphold safety standards in all training activities and perform additional duties as needed to support the overall training function. Participate in, lead, and promote plant-wide community, engagement, benefits, wellness, and related initiatives. Perform other related duties as assigned.
