This role requires strong coordination skills, systems administration experience, and the ability to work independently in a structured environment. Key Responsibilities Administer training programs within Power Generation as directed Monitor training and qualification / requalification programs for General Employee Training Learning Management System (SAP LSO) Administrator, NANTel Administrator, VISION Database / Online Exam Administrator Learning Services Website / SharePoint Administrator, supporting web-based training functionality Continuously improve the learning process using internal and external best practices Required Experience Experience in administering training programs and proctoring online exams Nice-to-Have Experience Experience with Apprenticeship training programs Demonstrated experience entering and extracting data from SAP Required Skills Knowledge in nuclear plant training Ability to work as an independent thinker Preferred Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills with ability to deliver accurate and timely work Ability to identify and improve process and program inefficiencies Additional Skills from Original Description SAP LSO administration VISION database and online exam administration SharePoint administration Web-based training support Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans 401k Retirement Fund About the Client Leading natural gas and electric energy company serving millions of customers across the United States.
