Overview Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Training Coordinator to work with one of our major healthcare clients. This position is onsite in Flemington, NJ. Pay: $30 - $38 per hour on W2 Duration: 10 month contract Location: Onsite in Flemington, NJ Responsibilities Follows a selected number of clearly defined procedures under general guidance. Handles inquiries of moderate scope and complexity. Assists with administering and providing training and certification programs. Analyzes and recommends appropriate training materials, training programs, and vendors. Utilizes advanced database management skills to provide summary analysis reports to management. The employee primarily uses administrative skills to monitor data, interpret and apply policies, or produce standard reports. Publishes and maintains on-line learning platforms. Working tasks might include: evaluates, drafts, and edits operating procedure manuals and in-house training materials to improve work techniques and the quality of work; communicates with vendors to execute contracts, administers training schedules, maintains training materials, and monitors vendor budgets. Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience with training theories and practices; ability to provide guidance and/or training and lead for change within a work group. Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Proficiency with database management and reporting. Why Join?
