The Training Coordinator supports production teams through effective training planning, coordination, and documentation. Skilled in scheduling and tracking training, maintaining compliance with manufacturing and quality requirements, and partnering with operations, quality, and engineering to ensure employees are trained and production-ready. Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. 3rd shift Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Performs on-the-job training, skills training, and some classroom training in assembly and production areas. Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas. Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees. Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through prior work experience and/or education. Requires minimum of 4 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience. May require vocational training and/or certification. Nice to have: Requires minimum of 4 years of machining experience and preferably with a technical education or certification in mechanical engineering or tool and die maker. Skilled in PowerPoint presentations and Excel. Proficient in the use of computer systems. Ability to communicate clear instructions. Skilled at facilitating and/or teaching through instructor-led learning. Must be available to rotate work schedules to support training needs in other shifts. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
