And, to your life! LOCATION This position is an onsite role, based in Twin Falls, Idaho at the Clif Bar Plant. Mission Our employees are key ingredients to our success, and you will support line specific training, planning, and execution against line and business priorities to progress into self-sufficient teams. Role models values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring and development of line team. Responsibilities & Outcomes Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed. Work with line and support teams to establish skill requirements for priority roles. Support the training, planning, and execution against line and business priorities to progress into self-sufficient teams. Monitor training effectiveness: provide feedback on issues and opportunities and recommend/conduct improvements. Assist in development and execution of E&T Pillar work processes. Provide monthly reports, Key Performance Information (KPIs) on E&T delivery. Partner with operators and maintenance to develop trainings on specific equipment. Work with bakery leadership to overcome challenges in bridging skills gaps. Support Kaizen events. Support implementation of center lining, error proofing and standardization of work. Support operators in tracking losses and identifying improvement opportunities. Support all IL6S pillars. Attends production/DMS meetings, as required. Be available to work shifts, day, night, or swing with the flexibility to work other times as needed. Perform all other related duties as requested. What You Bring Agility over Perfection. Execution with excellence and prioritizing results. Follow through on commitment and persevere through challenges to find creative solutions. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook calendar and email management, written and oral communication skills. Be flexible and available to interact and connect with people at all levels in the organization with a proven record as a trusted, credible training partner with ability to engage, inspire, and influence people. Interpersonal savvy, planning, and dealing with ambiguity. Have an active curiosity to teach and learn. Basic facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to relate to people in all parts of the plant and organization. Culture: Employee & Stakeholder Centricity and Culture Champion. A “boots” on the ground approach with training and development. Experience in Technical writing preferred Experience with Training content creation plus Familiarity with learning system management plus High School diploma or equivalent. Experience facilitating training plus. Experience working with Lean Six Sigma to drive high performance. Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment a plus. Salary and Benefits The hourly wage for this position is $28.76/hr. In addition, this position offers an annual incentive program of a target of 5% of your salary.
