About the role:  

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Softheon.  The Training Coordinator will play a key role in managing the administrative aspects of our training programs. This position is responsible for scheduling training events, collaborating with managers to develop training plans, and tracking training completions within our Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Requirements

You will: 

Scheduling and Coordination: 

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and events. 
  • Manage calendars for training programs, ensuring minimal conflicts and maximizing attendance. 
  • Coordinate with trainers, managers, and external vendors to ensure training requirements are met. 

Administrative Support: 

  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with training materials, schedules, and attendance records. 
  • Support the training team with formatting and updating presentation materials. 
  • Track and report on training completions and certification statuses. 

Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with managers to identify training needs and develop training plans. 
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure training objectives are met. 
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding training programs and resources. 

Data Management and Reporting: 

  • Collect and analyze training data to evaluate program effectiveness through surveys. 
  • Generate and distribute reports on training metrics and outcomes. 
  • Ensure all training records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies. 

Continuous Improvement: 

  • Assist in the development and improvement of training programs and materials. 
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and development. 
  • Gather feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall training experience. 

 

  

You have:  

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. 

Experience: 

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a training coordinator or similar administrative role. 
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is a plus. 

Skills: 

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, forms).  
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience with using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training software preferred. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. 

Other:  

  • Ability to work Eastern Hours required (9:00am-6:00 pm ET) 
  • 5% Travel required

Salary - $51,000 - $61,000
