Job Description ROLE OVERVIEW The way our employees learn is changing. This role will bring creativity, experience and passion for learning to meet the needs of the business through a blended learning platform. The focus will be on Operations training programs while partnering with the Learning and Development team to leverage corporate programs. The Training Coordinator will facilitate for a team of individuals that will coordinate and deliver function‑specific training programs while working to continuously improve the training materials. The Training Coordinator will also be a key player in training and onboarding of seasonal employees. What You Bring To The Team Communicate effectively to all levels of employees from executive to new employees. Conduct task analysis in order to create and/or validate Standard Operating Procedures for training purposes. Conduct and/or coordinate personal/professional improvement training courses using a participant centered approach. Create and maintain a system to record training completion, cross‑training effectiveness and employee knowledge and skills. Attend and add value to Fulfillment or Manufacturing Center Management Team meetings. Observe and evaluate training programs / individual trainers and team leaders to make recommendations to improve training efficiency and effectiveness. Work across various shifts and times during peak season hours. Ability to work with and train a diverse workforce. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
