Candidates must be able to commute onsite and travel to the Hemlock Wafer Plant.Type: ContractPay Rate: Based on experienceWork Hours: M-F 8am-5pmEducation: Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field, or 3-5 years of manufacturing experience (new grads considered)We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Training Specialist to deliver New Employee Orientation (NEO) for 50+ new hires per week and support ongoing training initiatives.
