As a Training Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the growth and excellence of our team. Reporting directly to the Center Manager and collaborating closely with the Assistant Center Manager, you will lead the training and development of our staff, ensuring every team member is fully equipped to succeed. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and a deeply collaborative spirit, working alongside all staff to ensure training is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Beyond your operational expertise, you will champion a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence. This full-time hourly position has a schedule of 40 hours per week at the center. What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED required. One to two years' experience in a regulated environment, with a preference for plasma collection center experience in a supervisory or managerial role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Cross trained in plasma production procedures. Must have excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational and technical skills. Disciplined action and execution, ability to drive operational excellence, promote teamwork, and communicate effectively. Strong capability to engage, communicate, and work effectively with individuals of varying job levels, geographic locations and dispositions. Obtain and maintain Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification.
