Training Specialist Apply

CSA is seeking an experienced Training Specialist in PMW 150 MAR C2 / TAC C2 who can develop a strategy and/or transition plan in support of legacy and future Naval training initiatives.
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
- Conduct a front-end analysis to include the completion of the following documents:
- Baseline Comparison System
- Task Analysis
- Military Characteristics Document (optional)
- Training Decision Coordinating Paper
- Media Fidelity Analysis
- Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA)
- Initial NOCS or NEOCS Standards
- JDTA (NETC) or JTA (NAVWAR)
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree in technical or business area.
- One (1) years of experience implementing training utilizing OPNAVINST 1500.76C or newer series.
- Demonstrated experience in performing Training Analysis.
What Sets You Apart:
- A Master Training Specialist (MTS) certification or equivalent is highly desired.
- Naval ILS experience is highly desired.
- Experience with utilizing the following databases: SPIDER, HARPS, AIM/CPM-LOM, and CMPRO is highly desired.
The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
