For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

CSA is seeking an experienced Training Specialist in PMW 150 MAR C2 / TAC C2 who can develop a strategy and/or transition plan in support of legacy and future Naval training initiatives.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

  • Conduct a front-end analysis to include the completion of the following documents:
  • Baseline Comparison System
  • Task Analysis
  • Military Characteristics Document (optional)
  • Training Decision Coordinating Paper
  • Media Fidelity Analysis
  • Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA)
  • Initial NOCS or NEOCS Standards
  • JDTA (NETC) or JTA (NAVWAR)

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
  • Bachelors degree in technical or business area.
  • One (1) years of experience implementing training utilizing OPNAVINST 1500.76C or newer series.
  • Demonstrated experience in performing Training Analysis.


What Sets You Apart:

  • A Master Training Specialist (MTS) certification or equivalent is highly desired.
  • Naval ILS experience is highly desired.
  • Experience with utilizing the following databases: SPIDER, HARPS, AIM/CPM-LOM, and CMPRO is highly desired.
The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
