Training Specialist Location: Westfield, IN (Onsite) Pay: $25–30/hour Duration: 1-Year Contract (Initial) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Specialist to support daily departmental training operations within a quality-regulated environment. This role will serve as a floater to help mitigate workflow gaps caused by absenteeism or high task volume while driving training compliance, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in training coordination, documentation management, quality systems, and data reporting within a manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Audit Readiness & Compliance Conduct weekly GDP audits on certification documents to ensure training records are accurate and complete. Perform weekly cubby and gowning audits, verifying proper maintenance and labeling. Process and file training records to ensure audit readiness. Maintain compliance within a quality system environment. Training Systems & Documentation Prepare, update, and maintain training manuals. Create, update, and manage the department Training Matrix. Develop and implement training systems by identifying needs and recommending effective delivery methods. Provide and proctor training sessions. Communicate certification gaps and recommend corrective actions. Maintain and enhance Quality systems by identifying and resolving process issues. Reporting & Data Analysis Create and run training and compliance reports. Utilize advanced data analysis to interpret trends and resolve complex issues. Troubleshoot automated systems and elevate technical issues when needed. Project Management & Process Improvement Plan and organize complex training-related projects. Establish priorities and manage project milestones. Independently propose and implement process improvements. Support upgrades to training systems and tools. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and compliance. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 3–5 years of related experience in training coordination, quality systems, or compliance. Experience working in a quality system environment. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret advanced data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently on complex assignments. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or relevant college coursework. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience with data/statistical tools such as Oracle, SAP, PC GIVE, Power BI, or Tableau. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Lists). Prior experience in a medical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or healthcare environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
