We are seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join our dynamic team at Trinity REIS, a leading commercial real estate investment sales brokerage firm specializing in net lease retail and industrial properties nationwide. This role will be integral in supporting our brokers and clients by managing the lifecycle of transactions, from accepted offer through closing. The role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Coordination: Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring deadlines and contractual obligations are met.
  • Document Management: Review, prepare, and organize purchase and sale agreements, amendments, and commission agreements.
  • Due Diligence: Facilitate the due diligence process, coordinating between buyers, sellers, attorneys, and title companies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Communication: Act as a central point of contact for clients, brokers, and third-party vendors to keep all parties informed and aligned throughout the transaction.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the transaction process.
  • Timeline Management: Track and maintain transaction milestones and critical dates to ensure that contingencies and contract terms are followed.
  • Transaction Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, contract terms, and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process.
  • CRM Data: Maintain and update CRM systems and transaction files with accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Transaction Manager, Escrow Officer/Assistant or related role within commercial real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate contracts, documentation, and closing processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Office 365.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across various stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
