**Position Overview:**
Augmentjobs is seeking a dynamic and analytical Transaction Services Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in financial consulting, with a strong background in transaction advisory services. The consultant will work closely with clients to provide critical insights and recommendations related to mergers, acquisitions, and other significant financial transactions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Analyze and interpret financial statements to identify key trends and potential risks.
- Develop detailed financial models to support transaction evaluation and decision-making.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
- Assist clients in understanding the financial implications of potential transactions.
- Collaborate with other consultants and industry experts to deliver high-quality advisory services.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
- Support the negotiation process by providing financial insights and strategic advice.
- Participate in business development activities, including client proposals and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
**Technical Skills:**
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methods.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
- Experience with financial due diligence processes and methodologies.
**Analytical Skills:**

**Experience and Education:**

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory services, financial consulting, or a related field.
