Here, you will have the opportunity to join various Financial teams such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Financial Analysis, and Master Data, supporting European markets and ensuring business growth.Join Us!We are looking for talented professionals to be part of our team, bringing unique skills and perspectives to help us grow even further.Opportunity: Transition Expert What will you do?Define & own Roles & Responsibility organizing Transition activities clarifying accountabilities of Transition, Transformation, Region/ Country and SBS teams;Apply the Sodexo transition project methodology, organizing project; validations steps (from kickoff to project post-mortem) related checklist and pre-requisite coordination, produce and/ or ensure completion of project key deliverables, build and secure the appropriate project governance, adequately mitigate risks and issues; and in parallel, identify and contribute for the methodology continuous improvement;Organize and drive transition activities, securing smooth transition for maximum satisfaction of SBS and Region/ Country; What you'll need to succeed?: 5+ years in multinational SSC environments with proven experience in project management, transitions, transformations, outsourcing and change management (PMI is a plus)Experience in risk management within transformation projectsStrong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and process mapping tools (Visio is a plus)Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skillsFluent English required; French is a strong advantageComfortable working in matrix organizations, driving change and navigating complex environmentsStructured mindset, adaptability and resilience in fast-paced international contextsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build trust across teamsPassion for transformation, international collaboration and alignment with Sodexo values What we have to offer you?Hybrid working model;Flexible working hours;Health & Life Insurance;Meal allowance paid in Meal Card;Additional Days off: extra vacation day, employee’s birthday, volunteering day;Opportunity to grow professionally inside the Company;Possibility to participate in multicultural projects;Several internal activities aiming to promote our team´s wellbeing.
