  • Planning: Creating a transition Plan, detailing time , effort and resources need to complete the transition.

  • Assessing readiness: Determining the readiness of all stakeholders , tools availability , all other dependencies to create a effective plan and address any gaps

  • Managing the transition: Overseeing the end-to-end transition of services from Third party vendors

  • Tracking the transition : Monitoring and reporting on progress toward defined targets, Documenting the KT sessions, Minuting the details , highlighting any scheduling gaps

  • Mitigating risk: Developing risk management plans and establishing risk controls
