As a transplant coordinator, you will oversee the patients progress from the time they are referred through their transplant surgery; educate patients and their supports about the many facets of transplantation; assist in the clinical management of patients, and ensure high quality, regulatory compliant service is provided. This is a full time Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM position (5 days/week) at NewYork-Presbyterian/ Columbia University Medical Center. On call requirement is for transplant coordination. Preferred Criteria Transplant experience Experience in ICU or PACU Self-motivated, energetic, autonomous Required Criteria At least three years of acute care experience Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing OR Physician Assistant studies Current New York State RN OR PA license BCLS certification Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
