Job Title: Transportation Associate
Location: Springdale, AR 72762
Duration: 3 Months (Potential for Extension)

Shift: 3rd shift & 3 or 4 days a week. Wed Friday and every other Saturday.

This entry-level management role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fleet operations. The Transportation Associate will work closely with an experienced supervisor to develop the skills and knowledge needed for success in transportation logistics and fleet management.

• Assist with dispatch operations, including coordinating unassigned loads and ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Monitor driver safety and address any issues that arise outside of normal office hours.
• Gain experience across various departments, including load planning, shuttle operations, and regional logistics.
• Serve as a weekend/night shift dispatcher as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities based on operational needs.

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work varying shifts.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of long-haul dispatch experience required.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in email, Excel, and Word.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Special Skills: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of leading and motivating others.
