Our client is a third generation, family-owned business. They are a family focused business in the transportation industry. Located in the Green Bay area, they are looking to add a go-getter to their team who is looking for a career with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Find and call carriers to move freight
- Understand available loads that need to be scheduled
- Take incoming calls from carriers asking to take loads posted on the website
- Handle any problems or issues that may arise
- Negotiate and price loads

General Information:
Hours: Full time, 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday
***Will work 7am-4pm for the first few weeks for training
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour, based on experience + potential team profitability bonuses

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working on the phone all day
- Detailed and accurate
- Work within Excel spreadsheets
- Comfortable learning new software
- 30+ words per minute typing speed
