PICC Nurse - Radiology IR\n\n

\n\nAssignment Duration\nThis is a 13-week contract position.
\n\nSchedule\nMonday-Friday, Day shift, with possible staggered shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
\n\nJob Description\nThe PICC Nurse will be responsible for performing outpatient procedures with the use of ultrasound technology, including PICC and midline insertions, port access, and IV access within the hospital. The nurse will work in a specialty radiology unit focusing on Interventional Radiology (IR) and PICC placements.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Perform PICC insertions, midline insertions, and port accesses using ultrasound guidance. \n
- Access ports in MRI and CT environments. \n
- Provide IV access throughout the hospital as needed. \n
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management. \n
- \n
- Current BLS certification. \n
- West Virginia Nursing License. \n
- Bard PICC Certification. \n
- Prior experience with IV insertion and PICC placement is essential. \n
