- Years of experience required: 18 months - First timers accepted: Yes - Certifications required: ACLS, BLS (NIH Preferred) - On-call required: No - Clinical skills required: Telemetry, IV Start, Cardiac & Vasoactive drips, BiPAP and High Flow Oxygen - Clinical experience preferred: Vents, Charge Nurse Experience, Conscious Sedation - Charge Nurse Experience: Preferred - Charting System Experience: Preferred (Cerner) - Skills: BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Heparin Protocols, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, IV insulin protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration, Management of dysrhythmias, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Post Cardiac Angiogram, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Starting and maintaining IVs, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Titration of Insulin drips, Tracheostomy care/management, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Post watchman and ablation - Level I, II, III or IV required - Licensure: IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB - Floating: Clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs - Weekend requirement: Yes - Degree Requirement: Travelers University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation - References: 2 supervisor references required
