\nWhat You'll Do:

- Conduct a broad range of clinical laboratory tests to support patient care.\n
- Assist with phlebotomy duties when on-call.\n
- Work scheduled days from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call shifts from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including 1–2 shifts weekly and one weekend per month (Friday evening to Monday morning).\n
Required Skills:
\n- \n
- Minimum of 1 year of laboratory experience.\n
- Valid Medical Technologist / CLS certification.\n
- Strong proficiency in laboratory procedures and phlebotomy.\n
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a smaller facility environment.\n
Nice to Have Skills:
\n- \n
- Experience working in a smaller or critical access hospital setting.\n
- Familiarity with emergency room processes and diverse lab equipment.\n
Preferred Education and Experience:
\n- \n
- A relevant degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science.\n
- Prior experience in critical or rural healthcare settings.\n
Other Requirements:

- On-call availability for after-hours support and callbacks.\n
- Ability to work in shared or private housing arrangements provided by the facility, depending on your situation.\n
- Willingness to support the community’s healthcare needs in Malta, Montana, located at 311 S 8th Ave E.\n
