Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to patients in our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patient care, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a compassionate approach to supporting patients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Duties

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Assist with patient mobility, transferring, and positioning.
• Help patients with toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist in the administration of prescribed treatments and medications as directed by nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health record systems (Epic, Meditech, etc.).
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and maintaining patient hygiene.

Requirements

• Required: BLS, WY license
• Minimum 1 year experience
