This is a 13-week contract position.

\n\nSchedule\n

Monday to Tuesday: 7 AM - 7:30 PM (12 hours each day)
\nEvery other Saturday: 7 AM - 11:30 PM (16 hours)
\nEvery other Sunday: 7 AM - 11:30 PM (16 hours)

\n\nJob Description\n

The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing imaging procedures in the Emergency Department, as well as inpatient, outpatient, and procedural cases. The technologist will utilize various imaging equipment including CT and X-ray machines and ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.

\n\nResponsibilities\n
    \n
  • Perform emergency, trauma, neuro, and orthopedic imaging.
  • \n
  • Initiate and monitor contrast exams as applicable.
  • \n
  • Maintain safety and quality control standards during imaging procedures.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with other medical staff to provide optimal patient care.
  • \n
\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n
    \n
  • ARRT (R)(CT) certification required.
  • \n
  • BLS certification required.
  • \n
  • New York State Radiologic Technologist License required.
  • \n
  • New York State IV contrast injection certification/authorization required.
