LanceSoft is seeking a travel Sterile Processing Technician Director for a travel job in Modesto, California.

Duration: 13 weeks
40 hours per week
Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings, nights, flexible

Certification in sterile processing (CRCST or equivalent strongly preferred)
10+ years of operational experience, with at least 5+ years in multi-site leadership roles
Demonstrated success leading across multiple functions (SPD, logistics, facilities, or similar)

Strong knowledge of regulatory standards across healthcare operations and transporenvironments
Proven ability to build leaders and drive performance through others
Experience scaling operations in high-growth or multi-site environments
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and operational leadership skills
