Pay Rate: $3000 - 3400 Weekly
Job Title: Cardiac Sonographer
Location: St. Paul, MN
Length of Assignment: 25 weeks
Shift: 40 hours
Shift Schedule: 8 HRS (06:45AM-03:15PM; 07:45AM-4:15PM)
Weekend Rotation: rotating Every 6 to 7 weekends
On-call Requirements: Every 4th weekend, Saturday and Sunday only, 7am-12pm
Holidays Requirements: no major holidays
Floating Requirements: as needed within unit.
Job Summary

• Knowledge of electrocardiography and arrhythmias and conduction disturbance.
• Knowledge of sterile technique.
• Knowledge of mathematical principles including algebra.
• Knowledge of how to use defibrillator and crash cart.
• Ability to effectively perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
• Ability to work effectively with critically ill/injured adult patients.
• Ability to gain optimal cooperation from adult patients.
• Ability to recognize and properly deal with medical emergencies.
• Ability to recognize and report equipment problems and malfunctions.
• Ability to carry out basic clerical activities.

• Licensed Required: RDCS and ARDMS; must have upon submission.
• Certificates Required: CPR or BLS
• Graduation from an accredited Non-Invasive Cardiology Technology program.
• Minimum of 2 years Cardiac in hospital setting
