**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Must have at least 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel. - Must have 18 months of recent ER experience. - Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission. - AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications are required. - TNCC certification is preferred. - Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. - Certifications need to be active with nothing pending. **Skills and Assessments:** - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass. **Licensure and Certification:** - Locals accepted at the same billing rate. - Facility does not accept any license hits. **Vaccine Requirements:** - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required; only medical/religious exemptions are allowed. **Additional Notes:** - Travelers may be submitted for one job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System. - Extensions are possible for a period of 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required. The client may defer the break on a case-by-case basis. - Modules are completed pre-start and annually, time varies by specialty. Annual modules are billable up to 4 hours. This position specifically exempts only Nurses and CSTs from the nicotine-free policy until further notice. All other travelers must be nicotine-free with a negative 10 panel + nicotine drug screen required within 12 months of start, updated annually. **Submission Details:** - Profiles must be submitted to and cc .
