Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months ER experience required; 2 years preferred
• Active RN license with no discipline history
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications current at time of submission (AHA or American Red Cross)
• NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start date
• Proficiency in Epic charting system (Level 3 or 4)
• Skills required: arterial line management, dysrhythmia management, central line care, IV vasopressors, BiPAP/CPAP, ventilated patient care, isolation precautions, and triage
• Two references from direct supervisor, manager, or director
• Nicotine-free status required; 10-panel drug screen plus cotinine test within 12 months of start
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• No pending licenses or certifications accepted
